JR is 188cm tall with a 32" waist and is wearing a size medium. In our product images he is wearing the 4.5cm side width version, except for the photos in red - which is the wider 5.5cm version.

TOZA swim briefs are designed to sit pretty horizontal across the front of your body, unlike some brands that pull up lots on the left and right sides.
