Returns

Australian Returns:
Easy returns within 15 days, simply contact us to let us know you'd like to return something and we'll send you a Australia Post return label via email. A small $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must be in original condition with original packaging. 

International Returns:
Returned items from outside of Australia incur a small restocking fee of $15 AUD ($10 USD, £8, €8) to help cover international postage costs. This is deducted from your refund when we receive your items back. TOZA will send you a return label to print and put on your package, to then drop off at your local post office. Please contact us and we will provide info on how to get your order back to us. 

Freight Forwarding companies:
Some customers, particularly in the USA, may use their own freight forwarding services to help reduce fees. Please note, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for products sent via these type of services. 

Returned items must be in the original condition, unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags attached.

When we receive your order back and check it, we will then issue you a refund. 

Exchanges:

The quickest way to try out a different size is to place a new order on our website, then return the size that doesn't fit. If you are worried about getting something back to us within the 15 day return window, please email us letting us know you want to make a new, or have already made a new order, to try a new size and we will likely extend the return window. Please note a small $10 AUD return fee will still apply if a item is returned.
