Returns

Australian Returns:
Contact us here within 15 days let us know you would like to return an item and we'll send you a return label to print, and a QR code if you prefer to show it to Australia Post staff to have them print the label. A small $10 restocking fee applies. 

International Returns:
Contact us here within 15 days let us know you would like to return an item and we'll send you a return label to print. A $20 AUD ($13 USD, £10, €11) restocking fee applies along with any original shipping fees deducted from your refund. 

*Packages sent to freight forwarding companies are not eligible for a refund. Customers may return items at their own cost for a refund if the items are in their original condition and unused. 

Returned items must be in the original condition, unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags attached. When we receive your order back and check it, we will then issue a refund with the restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Freight Forwarding companies:
Some customers, particularly in the USA, may use their own freight forwarding services to help reduce fees. Please note, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for products sent via these type of services. 

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges, please order your new size as a new order, and contact us here to return your other item as a seperate return.
