Duties and Taxes:
Countries outside of Australia may charge additional fees like import taxes, duties or VAT which isn't included in purchases and must be paid separately by the customer.
USA orders:
Due to recent import changes (from 26 August 2025) orders will have an additional 10% tariff fee put on them - which is charged to the customer separately by local postal services.
UK and EU customers:
Customers may get charged a 20% VAT fee when importing goods from Australia. Orders over £135 in the UK or over €150 in the EU may also incur additional fees and duties, see more info here.
Product cost + postage cost:
Local authorities usually classify the total import cost as both the product cost and the shipping cost TOZA pays, which is usually around £10 to £17 for regular postage or around £36 for DHL Express, but these costs may vary.
Other countries:
We have turned off orders from some countries with high import charges. If you try to check out and find your country is not accepted and think this is unusual please contact us and we’ll look into it. These currently include Brazil and some countries in Asia.

Postage delays:
All timeframes above are estimates only and may change without notice. While we do everything possible to get your order out fast, once we hand it over to the deliver services (seperate companies to TOZA) it is over to them to get your order to you.
If your order is taking long than expected there will likely be a tracking link in your order email that is activated within a a day or two after making your purchase online. If it's via Australia Post, you'll need to click the "Journey" button on the tracking page to see more detailed updates.
